I just wanted to write something to tell people of my experience as a 50+ first time renter. I was very fortunate to meet Louise Pierobon from Grandland Real Estate while looking for a rental property. Louise listened to what I needed in a property for it to be our new home. As a Foster Carer with young children moving onto property my list was quite long. Louise found the perfect home for us and went to great lengths to help us move in as quick as possible.
