Edmondson Park Town Centre

The first stage of the Edmondson Park Town Centre is due for completion 2018.

The vision for the Town Centre proposal includes economic employment clusters targeting health services and a range of retail personal and professional services offerings. At the heart of the new community will be an activated town centre, framed around the recently opened Edmondson Park station and an extensive network of parks walkways and cycleway linkages.

The Edmondson Park Town Centre comprises a full line supermarket, discount department store, fresh food market hall, cinema complex, ten pin bowling, medical centre, approximately 120 shops, tavern and community centre totalling circa 40,000sqm of Net Lettable Area.

The Edmondson Park Town Centre will also set a new benchmark for sustainability, targeting a 6 star Green Star certification.

HIGHPOINT - Edmondson Park is located only 2.5km approx. to the proposed Town Centre.
